when an explosion destroys Dr. Jen Connor’s lab, billionaire heir Roman Johnson rescues her and her comatose sister. Jen offers Roman one impossible deal: she'll pose as his sweet, old-fashioned fiancée for one weekend, so his cold, powerful father may restore the foundation funding she desperately needs. But inside the lavish Johnson estate, Jen faces ruthless tests from staff, family and Roman’s venomous ex-fiancée Kim, who begins to suspect the truth. As romantic tension builds between Jen and Roman, so does the risk of discovery. What starts as a lie becomes dangerously close to real love, just as Kim uncovers the secret Jen hoped would stay buried.
